SheTrains is a premium activewear brand created for women who move - combining comfort, performance, and timeless style for everyday training.
2. How does sizing work?
Our pieces follow standard US sizing.
If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for relax fit.

3. What material do you use?
We use premium performance blends such as Nylon, Spandex, and Lycra - designed to be stretchy, sweat-wicking, soft, and supportive. Each product page lists the exact fabric composition.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and many other countries.
Shipping fees and delivery times are shown at checkout.
5. How long is delivery?
Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days | Express Shipping: 3–7 business days
(Delivery times vary by location).
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we can still change or cancel it.

7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days for unworn, unwashed items with tags.
Sale items are final.

8. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, if you need a different size or color, we can arrange an exchange as long as stock is available.
9. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us within 3 days with photos, and we’ll replace it immediately.
10. How long does it take to exchange a product?
Once your return is registered and you’ve indicated an exchange, we’ll begin processing right away to ensure your new item is sent out within a few days.
11. How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can follow your package in real time.

13. How do I care for my items?

14. How long does a refund take?
Once your return reaches our warehouse, we’ll process it within 10 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.
Please note that it can take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
